Anaia Jones is a graduate from South Illinois University in Carbondale. Developing an interest in real estate at early age. Anaia has over 7 years of experience purchasing, renovating, and managing investor owned real estate in Chicago. With a focus on providing quality housing and excellent property management, Anaia has successfully expanded her business model to include buy and flip opportunities, augmenting her growing multi-family portfolio.

Anaia has leveraged her real estate experience and relationships to consistently source “off-market” transactions at below market prices. She has developed a niche in purchasing distressed assets, completing gut rehabs and ultimately transforming blocks and neighborhoods in the process.
